Tre Mission and Merky Ace are a grime force to be reckoned with. Having only released the Opps Next Door album earlier this year through their Tizzy Gang outfit, the guys are already back to the drawing board. Their newest track ‘Black & Decker’ is everything you’d expect – greezy visualisations accompany Tre and Tizzy’s aggressive back and forth. Keep them coming lads!
We’d like to go for a pint with Franko Fraize. There’s something endearing about his voice, and the newest track left us with a warm feeling in the pit of the stomach. Bursting with British colloquialisms, and with a neat video full of different shooting styles, Franko’s newest visuals for are a pleasure to watch. Nestling himself somewhere in between indie and UK rap (think perhaps The Twang, or maybe even The Streets) Franko’s style is both conversational and endearing. Tackling a number of life’s issues with a positive spin, the track features an earworm of a hook from Alex Joseph. We like what we hear, and will be watching out for more.
West London lo-fi rapper Lord Apex has finally dropped visuals for track ‘Bebop’. Directed by Connor Pritchard, Apex has blessed the track with a video this week, which slips in and out of double-vision as Apex gets us high with his bars.
