‘I’M SUPPOSED TO WAIT TO ANNOUNCE THIS BUT FUCK THAT. I’M EXCITED.
TICKETS TO MY NEXT HEADLINE SHOW GO SALE THIS FRIDAY. DO NOT MISS OUT.
It’ll be almost a year since my last headline show but we’re back again and this time with more dates in BRISTOL AND MANCHESTER. This is going to be the biggest/best show to date. Quote me.’
The above was posted on east London rapper/singer/songwriter/creativedirector/whatdoesn’thedo Kojey Radical‘s Facebook page earlier on today. The last time I caught Kojey was at Camden’s Jazz Café (which you can read my review on for Radar Radio here). On the night he proclaimed ‘next time we’re gonna need a bigger boat, a bigger everything’. It seems as if he has followed through with this sentiment by announcing three tour dates in October, including Shoreditch’s Village Underground. Kojey is undoubtedly one of the most original and important artists in the UK at the moment, and these shows have got us very excited. Tickets will drop this Friday, so don’t miss out.
You can hear Kojey’s newest track ‘After Winter’ as well here.
