Tottenham masked raider CASISDEAD has long been known as one of the most creative and shocking emcees on the UK scene. With vulgar masterpieces such as “Drugs Don’t Work” which cleverly samples The Verve’‘s classic track and “Charlotte” (make sure you watch the video the whole way through), CAS has been coming through recently with a whole new type of fire.

The latest instalment is a piece of Grime nostalgia, with CAS taking on Dizzee Rascal‘s classic “HOE” instrumental for a brand new freestyle. With bars like “Pull up outside your apartment / Drug dealing is my department / Heat from the feds, I’m flame retardent / Some call me the devil incarnate / pure cocaine and bicarbonate” CAS is one of the most lyrically dangerous in not only London but the whole of the UK. (Listen out for CAS flipping Dizzee’s “Stop Dat” flow half way through the song).

CASISDEAD has a couple of upcoming shows, tickets for which can be located below:

Service x Licked Beatz – Casisdead, Murlo, Onoe Caponoe & More at Bloc (Autumn Street)
