Jay Rock – “Money Trees Deuce”

Waaaaaaaaaay back in March, we got Twitter certified visual confirmation from TDE boss Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith that Watts rapper Jay Rock was crafting a new follow up album to his acclaimed 2011 debut Follow Me Home.

After a very slow roll-out of tracks over the past year including “Parental Advisory” and “Pay For It“, he has within the hour dropped new track “Money Trees Deuce”.

The track appears to be a follow up to Kendrick Lamar collaboration “Money Trees“, which appeared on Kendrick’s masterpiece album Good Kid M.A.A.D City, and features production from Flippa and J Proof.

We’ve always loved Jay Rock, and thought he was way underrepresented in TDE, so we’re glad to hear this new project is coming along all kushty.
