Skepta ends Devilman’s life with new track “Nasty”

Though Tottenham’s Skepta has been recently travelling the world riding his on his new global burst of interest (he’s recently performed shows in Hong Kong and appeared on stage with A$ap Mob at SXSW 2015) he’s found time to address certain beefs back at home that have been brewing. Highlighting the situation with the bar “think coz I’m up there sitting on the plane that I can’t really hear what the people are saying / but I can hear everything loud and clear and they’re telling me to tell you to stay in your lane”, Skepta calls out old rival brummy Devilman on new track “Nasty” for falling off, being a crackhead, a sex offender and even more. The track utilises Wiley‘s oldschool instrumental “Morgue” as a reaction to the bars and insults that have been flying after Chip sent for Devilman, Bugzy Malone and even Big Narstie with “Pepper Riddim” (which can be seen at the bottom of the page). Skeppy randomly dropped the track at 3am (probably doesn’t even run on UK time anymore lol), and it’s an absolute banger that has us gassed up already at 10 in the morning. This should be a lesson to all new MCs to be VERY careful when mentioning Skeppy’s name.

Listen to Skepta’s “Nasty” at the top of the page, and scroll down to see Chip’s “Pepper Riddim”.
